HOW CAN I RUN THIS ON MY PC

I've tried pulling this to eclipse and i guess it worked but i can't run it idk why can anyone help?

To run this program, you must have javaFX downloaded onto your PC, and the VM arguments assigned on running the main files as --module-path path/to/javafx directory/lib --add-modules=javafx.controls,javafx.fxml
