Generate pages for each website

To boost visibility on search engines, it would be cool to have a page created for each pinged website with charts and other useful data.
Possible ideas:

• Latest pinged time, with button for sending another ping.
• Charts with all the ping sent to the website.

For later:

• It would be cool to add a comments section.
