As a software engineer I want to create unit tests for exemption organization API service endpoints so that we can test the endpoints for bugs.

I know this is done when:

  • A success scenario for updating exemption organization exists
  • A failure scenario for updating exemption organization exits
  • All of the above tests run successfully
