As a software engineer I want to refactor ICTS API application to implemented newly devised partition key design in data model so that we are adhering to better application architecture.

I know this is done when:

  • Exemption ID and partition key generation is refactored to reflect the Architectural Design Record (ADR).
  • All the services and API calls are refactored according to the new design.
