Rgba16 textures default to ci8 rgba16

Currently, it seems that ci8 is a texture default. I believe most users would normally be importing an rgba16 or 32 texture. And will think they've exported an rgba16 when they've actually exported a ci8 because it appears to default to that.

I suggest considering changing the default to rgba16.
