GFOE78 Fails to Boot if Force Progressive is On #1221
Comments
Any forced setting is a general hack there wont work on every game, this means that game would need a specific hack made for this game which i doubt anyone will take there time with. |
Also latest nintendont is 500+ why are you using such outdated version? |
#1221 (comment) |
just download this and rename it to boot.dol and replace it on your apps folder |
I think I know where I went wrong. I was looking at this page to reference the version number, but it's from 8 years ago.: https://github.com/FIX94/Nintendont/blob/master/nintendont/meta.xml |
The Fairly OddParents: Shadow Showdown (GFOE78) will display a glitchy screen and hard-lock the console if the Progressive Mode feature is enabled, despite what the compatibility page leads one to believe. I am running version 4.431 on vWii on an NTSC Wii U. If the feature is turned off, the game runs in 480i.
