Update referenced profiles to generated profiles

Explore the possibility of updating the profile type of references within profiles to reflect generated profiles. For example, if Patient is profiled, should any references to Patient in profiled resources be updated to point to the new patient profile? This could also be only for elements that are must support.

At the very least, some language should be added to the generated IG somewhere to suggest this.
