[Bug] Kardia is not cast on self as SGE #79

In Mount Rokkon, playing solo as a SGE, the rotation never casts Kardia on the player character.

The expected behavior is that Kardia is cast on the player character as the only one who can benefit from it.

LTS-FFXIV added the bug label
