Given that we now have more than a handful of members who got jobs through FreeCodeCamp, I think it would be an awesome idea to create a testimonial section much like on the main FreeCodeCamp site.

It could be all the most recently employed with their photo and a quote on their success. Or we could have a slideshow of each member. We can even go as far as linking those excerpts to a longer piece for everyone to read.

What do you think? Let me hear your thoughts!

I like it but this definitely needs to come after the login module is complete. That way we can link to the testifier's github and show the work they have done to get where they are now.

@kavinci That would be a nice feature. A member can put up a profile to tell their story as to how they got their first job and the other features that you mentioned.

Though I was thinking, maybe we can have static content first which can be served on a database? I'm thinking to accomplish getting content up first, then it'd be easier to create a user based testimonial.

That works. The testimonial integration wouldn't be until phase 2. If you want to do static content first and do dynamic later then I am all for it

It'd be really awesome if we could get some new people to take this on. It's easy to put together, and it'll be a good learning experience for people wanting to learn React

I think getting testimonials from some of the people that hired you would be beneficial as well
