Suffix always appended when saving

When saving a segmentation or trackivs file, the suffix (.seg or .trk) is always appended to the user-entered filename, irrespective of the actual filename. So may end up with files like example.seg.seg, or example.trk.trk. A check should be added in order to prevent unwanted double suffix.
