Make a release with version information

There should be a release with a clear version tag which is referenced in the manuscript. These indicators will likely change in the future and it should be clear which version was used in the manuscript/for the evaluation.

Best do a zenodo github integration and make a release which gives you a citable DOI for the resource (basically an asset about FAIR should follow the FAIR standards itself, i.e. licences, metadata, unique DOI and so on).
