**raised during the hackathon on noncurated pmr models (and also during previous sessions):

Reasoning: Several other indicators may be fulfilled "on paper", but in discussion, we were sometimes reluctant to give 1 if the metadata was provided in the model file, because we felt that it was not ideal. Therefore, it may be cleaner to make separate availability of the metadata an additional indicator, to separate this problem from other problems that may exist.
