Sort order for /users list

May be it is a good idea to apply sort order for users in /users list not only by messages count but also by ban/active status.
I think it would be better and easy to use when all green (active) users are on top of the list sorted by message counts and all red (banned) users are in bottom of list also sorted by messages count. Thanks!
