Redirect to OSC login on 401 auth from intercom-manager

If frontend is built with the env-variable AUTH=https://app.osaas.io/?redirect=/dashboard/service/eyevinn-intercom-manager it should redirect to URL specified AUTH when a 401 is returned from the manager. This means that the token has expired or the user is not logged in. In this example this would have the user authenticate and once authenticated have the token set / refreshed.
