Build a Translator Test to CAM-KP use-case pipeline

The Translator testing folks (https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/Tests) started working on test cases for MVP2, which is much more in CAM-KP's wheelhouse. We should come up with some way of:

1. Identifying which of those test cases CAM-KP should be returning information for
2. Converting those test cases into something we can use to test CAM-KP alone to make sure that it returns the appropriate information correctly
3. Testing Translator to make sure CAM-KP's response is being picked up by ARAs and reported to users correctly
