I've noticed some triples in the triplestore in the form "CHEBI:11838 IAO:0100001 (term replaced by) CHEBI:17685". As far as I know, our SPARQL queries don't traverse over this predicate and thus return information related to the replaced form of the term. Is that something handled by the reasoning in cam-pipeline, or should we update our SPARQL queries to optionally incorporate terms that replace the queried term?
(In this case, we don't have any information connected with CHEBI:17685 either)

These are obsolete terms. Are you seeing any queries using obsolete terms? I'm not sure that it warrants special handling. If folks are using obsolete terms, they really should update wherever they're getting them from.
