Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to workspace chat
  3. Submit a few expenses
  4. Send a message in another chat (important)
  5. Log out and log in
  6. Go offline
  7. Go to workspace chat
  8. Click on the expense perview
  9. Click on any expense preview

Expected Result:

Report will show skeleton loading and load when returning online

Actual Result:

Not here page opens

@stephanieelliott FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors

We think that this bug might be related to #wave-collect - Release 1

This is a backend issue. I called OpenApp without including childReportID in the ReportAction.

I think this is edge case -- submit expense > log out/in > go offline > try to view expense is not a series of actions a real user is going to take on purpose. Gonna close this for now
