Desired Behavior

Need to generalize Tags to be company agnostic.
Current Tags have HA specific fields in it.

E.g. https://github.com/homeaway/stream-registry/blob/92986db7584b5c355b4f0737c3d2b2b3b4af2490/core/src/main/java/com/homeaway/streamplatform/streamregistry/model/Tags.java#L32-L60
