Description & Motivation

I really like the spinner (thanks @joanise !) when loading models. There are some processes that take a while in the wizard that I think could also use the spinner (like after selecting "no" to having a language column", but I'm sure there are others.

Pitch

Add a spinner!

Alternatives

Just a log message explaining what's happening would be helpful
