Might involve some extensive work, but add Settings and code to allow the bot to connect to a Discord server.

Likely involves the creation of a new top-level DrFujiBot_Discord component that acts similarly to the DrFujiBot_IRC component.

The old DrFujiBot 1.0 has some code for connecting to Discord that could be used as an example or starting point.
