"Lease" word usage issue

Hey, I believe I've been using the word "lease" incorrectly since its introduction. In the plugin it is being used to indicate the purchase of a property with multiple payments over fixed periods of time, but I believe its actual definition is closer to the one of the word "rent", with no purchase at the end.

I was just wondering if you guys had any input about this, either to change the word I use or anything? Just a little issue that's been bugging me while moving the ~150 mesages to a config file to enable translations

I believe the lease is a "rent with purchase" option at the end of the renting period. Its the one option a user faces when not enough money is around but still want to have that claim right now.
