Description: undo steps are doubled in tibetan. each time the segmentation is triggered it creates a new invisible undo step.

How to reproduce:

type a sentence with '་' or '།' after typing each word. i.e. 'Hello!' + '་' how + '་' are + '་' + 'you' + '་' + '་' + '?'
undo and redo
