warning icon persists after clearing the areas and reopening Gridded Reference Graphic widget pane then navigate to Publish GRG to Portal pane again.

Repo Steps or Enhancement details

1. Ghost clean Win10 64bit ENU OS.
2. Log in ArcGIS Online QA site (https://l10n.mapsqa.arcgis.com) with valid account.
3. Create a 2D Web App Builder or edit an existing app and select a map in Map tab.
4. Navigate to Widget tab and click on a blank widget icon.
5. Select Gridded Reference Graphic widget and click OK button.
6. Click the Gridded Reference Graphic widget on the Map Field.
7. Expand Define a Grid from an Area->Choose By Dimension.
8. Click Draw GRG Area tools using polygon option and draw a polygon on the map.
9. Click Create GRG button and input invalid string in Published GRG Layer Name input box on Publish GRG to Portal pane, to make sure a warning icon and message display. (Key step)
10. Do NOT click Publish button. (Key step)
11. Back to the first page of GRG from an Area by Dimension and click Clear button to clear the area on map field. (Key step)
12. Close the widget pane and reopen it, navigate to Publish GRG to Portal pane again.
13. Observe.

Actual Result:
The warning icon persists after clearing the areas and reopening Gridded Reference Graphic widget pane then navigate to Publish GRG to Portal pane again.

Expected Result:
The warning icon should be cleared after reopening Gridded Reference Graphic widget pane and navigate to Publish GRG to Portal pane again.

Additional Information:

1. This defect also occurs on Published GRG Layer page of GRG from an Area by Reference System/GRG from Point by Dimension/GRG from Point by Reference System/ GRG from Point by Time and Speed pane.
2. This defect also occurs on IE11/Edge/FF/Safari browsers.
3. This defect also occurs on EL/AR languages, and it probably occurs on other local languages..
4. The warning icon can be cleared after delete the widget from the app and re-add it back.
5. This is a new feature on Qaext site.

1. Build Version: AGOL 6.1 Qaext site.
