When an image file with a Japanese name is added to a Feature Form Attachment, the image does not behave correctly.

Hello all,

We have checked the FeatureForm application in this repository.
We have encountered some problems when we put files with Japanese names in FeatureFormAttachment.

1. image thumbnails are not displayed.
2. no dialog box appears when trying to download the file.
3. when I rename a file to English and then rename it again to Japanese, an exception occurs.

For 1 and 2, please check the images.
For 3, please see the image and the error code that occurred.
