Allow users CRUD information about Election Candidates as suggested here.
The information can be defined by whoever is implementing the feature. Suggestions are their full names, manifesto, age, political party, website and social media pages.

@olayinkaos We're going to be creating a model and controller similar to what we have with Location, right? Is it going to be "indexed" in Algolia?

Yes, similar.
No, no need to index for now. Just the CRUD endpoints are fine.
