There is no recipe for creating Netherack.
Could you add the default craft of Create so that it is possible to carry out the production chain of the blaze cake and make Cinder Four easy ?

Which default recipe is that? I don't see it in Create's 1.18.2 files

Well, maybe is not thé default one, but i see one that need health potion on cobblestone.

In all case, we need one with Create in order to make blaze cake automatically

Well, for sure. But in my opinion, I think is more fun to have all Create machinery in same place, where all are connected to each other.
So, for that, we need an automatic "Create" way to generate Netherrack to complete the blaze burning process with blaze cake in order to manage the more efficient power production of Create.
If you want I can send you different process used in other modpack to explain what I think.

You can find the recipe for example in modpack "ModéCube

You need to fill the Spout with health potion.
