"SCROLL_WHEEL" stick mode stopped working in 3.5.5 and higher #148

Loading

For example, the binding in the Desktop.txt file

LEFT_STICK_MODE = SCROLL_WHEEL
LLEFT = SCROLLUP
LRIGHT = SCROLLDOWN

worked in 3.5.3 and 3.5.4, but stopped working in versions 3.5.5 and 3.6.0.
Win 10, xinput gamepad.
