Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Suggestion

The election record has a folder called spoiled_ballots, however these are really challenged ballots. The truly spoiled ballots are not exported. The folder should be renamed to challenged_ballots.

The schema for the spoiled ballot json should also be renamed to challenged_ballots
