is there anyway where we can download a file?

I've done this with the following code. An excel file is stored on a res_partner studio field in my case.

$file= $odoo->where('id', $id)
        ->fields($myStudioField)
        ->get('res.partner');

        Storage::put('public/myFile.xlsx', base64_decode($file[0]["myStudioField"]));

        return response()->download(public_path('storage/myFile.xlsx'))->deleteFileAfterSend(true);
