We are wondering what it would take to be able to view multiple map locations at once. This would make it easier in at least two ways - 1) you could zoom in and out and see what data/sites have been documented at any given spatial scale or more importantly we could quickly scan a series of sites associated with say a spatially small area with higher levels of documented activity. 2) this would allow the data entry person to avoid having to know the english name of every site already entered into the database as well as knowing how many entries are in a smaller local area and whether a general item should be associated with one or another prior entry.
