Add support for pnpm

I recently open a PR #791 changing an extension prepublish dependency from yarn to pnpm but I realize that it might not work because there might be more to it than just changing one line, as I read from publish-extension.js and publish-extensions.js there is some internal logic when dealing with yarn used in extensions.
