Extension '<extension-name>' not found

My pipelines, e.g.

currently fail.

I install several extensions. If one installation fails, the pipeline fails.

Yes, like 2 years ago, but that results in a 429: Too Many Requests response instead of Extension '<extension-name>' not found. This is probably related to yesterday's outage: https://status.open-vsx.org/

There are still multiple runs required: https://gitlab.b-data.ch/jupyterlab/python/base/-/jobs/117043

It passes at some point. (But currently it feels like playing roulette: Many tries to hit the green zero.)

If this service is load balanced: It looks as if (at least) one of the upstream servers is (still?) offline (or not responding).

This issue seems to be resolved now.

It is still unclear why this happened while https://status.open-vsx.org stated "All services are online".

Right now: No. But tomorrow all my JupyterLab docker stacks – which include code-server – will be rebuilt.

Let us see if that works... I will keep you updated.

I am running into this again.

I paused my builds for two hours, which seems to have gotten me out of the rate limit.
