Game 34--Britain, October 1803, two ships failed to refit due to not enough wood in warehouse, even though the order had been accepted by the game system. The one to watch will be the November 1803 order to repair Fleet '3rd Royal Navy' since that is done in India and we used essentially all the wood in the warehouse there to accomplish the task.
Looking over the Review Orders, the reason given is 'not enough wood in warehouse'--this appears to be the same problem as used to exist in the other Double Costs Game 27, until it was fixed: The calculation for the ship refit is incorrect, and so the system accepts the order, but then some ships do not get refit and so the fleet gets stranded at sea, not having enough MPs due to some ships not being refit
