Reproducibility and test case

There is an issue with reproducibility. The guidelines for creating cases are pretty clear, but the output could be dependent on the version of libraries used (tempfile, warning, pathlib, etc.).
Currently it is not possible to check where the forcing files are consistent, let alone reproducible.

The example files currently include only the setups:
examples_files
Would it be possible to also include the example of netCDF output, ie. forcing files?

Thanks for your comment @jchylik. @sjboeing and I just talked about how to resolve this, and we definitely see it being useful to check the output created from lagtraj against some reference output. We will make a companion zip-file that contains netCDF files that are produced while executing the examples that are bundled with lagtraj
