Clarify instruction for manual dedup

@TNRiley I am not quite sure how manual deduplications works in the Shiny. Do you just need to highlight the rows, and then remove? If so, can we specify that?

Just a thought, but since some of these tables do require the initial and deduped data, it could be possible to give users an option to export both citations and unique_citations and for them to re-upload as such.
