The THREDDS 5.5 version is continually updated, rendering the SHA1 checksum invalid #217

Due to this, we must periodically update the checksum from the THREDDS website: https://github.com/ESGF/esgf-docker/blob/master/images/thredds/Dockerfile#L12

Would be nice if there was a tagged release we could use, or perhaps downgrading to THREDDS 5.4 is best?
