CDEPS 1.0.56 (in cesm3_0_beta04) changes answers for CPLHIST cases because of a change with handling of nextsw_cday. We need to update to this version to stay up to date with CESM tags.

The cam7 testmods should also set the following for DATM:

iradsw = -1
nextsw_cday_calc = "cam7"
