Dashboard feature

• It should show stats if the selected handler / type of action is known by the app (eos / transfer), currencies following the abi structure of a native currency, etc.

• Default handler will be eos / eosio and action type will be transfer. In the future in setting users will be able to choose his default view.

• In the right corner user should be able to switch to different account handlers and actions for proper filtering.

• Rows in the dashboard format will be also determinated by the type of handler & action.
