With more people using zstash, it would be useful to create templates for issues (https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/configuring-issue-templates-for-your-repository). The template should also note that questions should be asked at https://github.com/E3SM-Project/zstash/discussions instead.
