Cron line incorrect format? #33

Setup a cron job with the supplied cron line but get the following error:

/bin/sh: https://website.com/index.php?route=ext ... ent/paypal: No such file or directory

When I asked for help on the opencart forum, I was told basicallt it was incorrect format.
Told it needed wget or curl in your cron to fetch the URL.
