Don't know what to say or what you can want from me, but it ain't doing the thing.
Added Draconic Evolution atop 1.12.2 perf complex pack and adding VanillaFix is not an option, but this won't download the PI even then.

Then maybe you should mention it in your original post. Hard to know what you have and haven't done without you saying something about it.

Next, try directly visiting this link, and see if it loads: https://pi.brandon3055.com/manifest.json

If it does load, then you're one of those people that's straight outta luck and can't use it dynamically. If not, then something on your end is not functioning properly.

It does load a site with a bunch of links which is probably meant for a lua

Then go clone the PiDocs repo, go into Project Intelligence's settings, and turn on Edit Mode. Point the link to where your downloaded repo is, and save. You'll get working documentation.

how do you point the link to the download?

In the settings, where asks you where the repository is located.
