Django Templates deploy step has old cd my-first-blog instruction #1267

Issue description

On the templates page the deplyoment step mentions cd my-first-blog but this is based on the old instructions from before #1190.

Language

English (and anything that copied the instructions).

Operating system

It happens on PythonAnywhere so every OS.

Correct cd command on updating the deployment

Previously we cloned to my-first-blog but the current script deploys to
$USER.pythonanywhere.com. This corrects the step so students aren't
confused.

Fixes DjangoGirls#1267
