Error: "Claim is empty" when connecting to topic #49

When connecting directly to a topic (rather than it's namespace), i get an error (401 Claim is empty) even though the SAS includes "Manage".

It would be nice to be able to connect to only what I need to reduce FoFU (fear of f*ing up)

Indeed we don't have that functionality, and would be great to have.
Not sure about the priority for this, or even if the SDK allows it.
