Agenda 6/21
(1) write a startup script that sets an environment variable we need, (2) get the fronted to backend db connection working, (3) start working on the functionality to add and retrieve location profiles. So far, I've just created the form to add locations: https://digitalatx.herokuapp.com/addLocation.html. (I called it addLocation.html. We can rename it, of course.)
