Display of keywords in individual articles

Keywords for each individual article should be displayed as part of the article metadata: perhaps within the same box as the Abstract?

Official DHQ keywords should have a label, e.g. "DHQ-assigned keywords:" and that label should be a link to the keywords browser; individual keywords should be links to the set of articles that share that keyword
Generated keywords should have a label, TBD
