Unzip the image then use dd to write to an SD card

with a card reader over usb

# dd if=/path/to/extracted/image/eclypse-debian-buster-armhf-rfs.img of=/dev/(sdX or mmcblkX}  && sync

On first boot the board rootfs partition will resize to fill the SD card then reboot.
