When downloading a tab, if you then switch to a new tab that is not currently in the DB and reopening Tsuhiki before the first download finishes, the tab will change to say that the previously queued tab is in the database on the new page, which has not had a download started.

To add to this rather than making a whole new issue - "Download this tab" is clickable in the time when it's being checked if it exists on the server.
