For R Users

• Installing R base link

RStudio Installation

• Go to https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/#download
• Download installer according to your operating system platform
• Just run the installer and you are there!

Install required packages

Using following commands in side RStudio

install.packages("caret")

For Python Users

Link to Anaconda Installation Instructions

• https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/install/
• We will be using Python 3.6 version

For Linux users

• Go to https://www.anaconda.com/download/#linux
• Download Anaconda 5.1 with Python 3.6 version
• Run in terminal : bash ~/Downloads/Anaconda3-5.1.0-Linux-x86_64.sh

Install / Update required packages

Using following bash commands

#Update conda
conda update conda
#Update Jupyter
conda update jupyter
#install packages
conda install numpy
conda install pandas
conda install scikit-learn
conda install matplotlib
conda install seaborn

Check installation

To Open Jupyter notebook from Anaconda Prompt, type

jupyter notebook
