Progress:

Better formalize the calculation based on relationship between the total blocking time at each phase and execution time of the target virtual link
Corrected the algorithm and output an updated version of result

Summary:

RTA New curve forms a lower bound among these four main-stream approaches (excluding the Ernst curve, which refers to the lowest theoretical values)
