Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the utils are not localised; using either English or Dutch terms in output figures. This issue is to create localisation to let user decide what language to use.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add keyword to fm2prof configuration file for localisation, add dictionary of terms in at least Dutch and English.
